Critically Evaluating the Literature Online

Information is everywhere and making use of this information through learning how to find scholarly sources, primary resources, supporting evidence, and evaluating information quality is complex. Wondering what peer-reviewed means or what your instructor means when they ask you to cite scholarly sources? In this session, you will become familiar with finding reputable sources, critically appraising the quality of evidence, and understanding different types and levels of evidence such as primary, secondary, and tertiary resources.
