You DO Belong! Battling Impostor Syndrome In-Person

It’s not uncommon for grad students to feel like they don’t belong. You might wonder if you’re good enough, smart enough, or dedicated enough to be here. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. This workshop will explore why these feelings, often called impostor syndrome, are so common in graduate school. The facilitator will share insights into where these thoughts come from and offer strategies for managing them. Personal stories may be shared to help normalize the experience, but there’s no pressure to share your own unless you feel comfortable.

Registration is required. There are 29 seats available.
