Managing Procrastination in Grad School In-Person

Even the most organized students can find themselves procrastinating in grad school—putting off readings, avoiding meetings with supervisors, or letting deadlines slip. Whether procrastination is new to you or something you’ve struggled with before, you’re not alone. This workshop will explore why procrastination happens at the graduate level, what might be causing it, and most importantly, what you can do to manage it. The facilitator will share practical tools and strategies to help you stay motivated, focused, and on track.
