Film Summary:
"In this Canadian horror classic, a young woman’s adolescent transformation gets hairier than expected. Teenaged sisters Ginger (Isabelle) and Brigitte (Perkins) live in Bailey Downs, a small town that has been hit by a mysterious run of dog attacks.
