Speak and Connect Weekly Conversation Circles In-Person
Join our weekly conversation circles designed to help English as an additional language (EAL) graduate students practice and improve their English listening and speaking skills.
Our conversation circles provide a relaxed and supportive environment where students can engage in conversations on various topics, meet new people, build your confidence, and enhance your language abilities.
Topics include discussions about Canadian culture, the art of small talk, talking and communicating with your professors and other students, avenues for self-advocacy participating in class discussions, communicating in job interviews, and conducting presentations and thesis defenses etc. All academic topics are welcome points of conversation.
