English Pronunciation and Speaking: Sounding difficult Sounds In-Person

"Join this interactive workshop series to learn the basics of English pronunciation and how to apply them for clearer and more confident speech and presentation. You will explore ways to improve your speaking and pronunciation accuracy by: 

  1. Working on English sounds (consonants, consonant clusters, vowels etc.), STRESS, word stress, intonation etc.
  2. Identifying and reducing specific pronunciation problems.

*** Bring your most challenging words and pronunciation issues in English, and we will cover your specific needs at the end of each session. This workshop series is designed for undergraduate and graduate students who speak English as a second or an additional language or students who are having difficulty communicating effectively when speaking or presenting in English."

All USask Library EAL support programming is free!
