Kickstart Your Most Successful School Year: Productivity Strategies for Undergrads In-Person
Want to stay on top of your game this school year? This interactive workshop is designed to help undergraduate students set meaningful academic goals, build effective routines, and develop practical strategies to manage their time and energy. Through hands-on reflection and planning activities, you will create a personalized action plan, learn how to reduce procrastination, and discover tools to stay focused and motivated throughout the term. Pizza will be provided.

Dr. Peter Arthur is dedicated to enhancing teaching and learning in higher education. As a Professor of Teaching at the University of British Columbia, Dr. Arthur's work focuses on strategies for student success, including metacognition, mindset, and developing self-directed learners. He has extensive experience leading and supporting teaching excellence, notably as the Founding Director of UBC Okanagan's Centre for Teaching and Learning. Dr. Arthur's expertise is sought after internationally, with numerous invited presentations and workshops at universities and conferences. His commitment to fostering effective learning environments and empowering students to achieve their academic goals makes him a valuable resource for university students seeking to maximize their productivity.
